Course Title: Cert III in Hospitality Operations (THH31802)

Summary: this course will give participants the knowledge and skills required to work at an operative level in hospitality establishments such as hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs, resorts and convention centres.  Participants will be well positioned for entry into management roles.
Opportunities: Participants will be eligible for employment in hotels, restaurants, clubs, catering companies in roles such as Food and Beverage Attendant, Gaming Attendant, Kitchen Hand, Bar Attendant, and Waiter/Waitress.
About the Course: The course is made up of 8 compulsory units and 8 elective units. Assessment is competency based and could include presentations, practical demonstrations of acquired skills, classroom activities and written papers.
Qualification: Certificate III in Hospitality (Operations) is nationally recognised as part of the Australian Qualifications Framework.
