Course Title: Cert III in Hospitality Operations (THH31802)

Summary: this course will give participants the knowledge and skills required to work at an operative level in hospitality establishments such as hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs, resorts and convention centres.
Participants will be well positioned for entry into management roles.

About the Course: The course is made up of 8 compulsory units and 8 elective units. Assessment is competency based and could include presentations, practical demonstrations of acquired skills, classroom activities and written papers.
