RSA training is required by all staff involved in the sale or service and promotional service of alcohol in licensed premises in Queensland. This includes food and beverage attendants, retail liquor sales staff; winery, brewery and distillery cellar door staff; supplier sales reps and the licensee. It is also required training for flight attendants, security staff and those looking for work in hotels, pubs, restaurants, cafes in the hospitality or retail liquor sector
