Course Title: Job Search Training

The objectives of this training program include:

Providing workplace skills and knowledge to underemployed or unemployed indigenous people Link the trainee to work experience and opportunities to practice skills and to gain sustainable employment To give long term and on going support to each trainee through coaching, mentoring and follow up in a culturally appropriate way Provide a client base of indigenous people with access to the internet and computers and the ability to communicate at a 21st century level Provide links to community groups, job search facilities and opportunities to further training
